I’m a big fan of dim sum and noodles, pork belly and fried chicken, passion fruit and clotted cream, gin and hot chocolate… the list goes on!

Yorkshire born and bred, my English roots don’t stop me from tasting my way around the world. After four years spent galavanting around Bath studying French and Spanish, and a year exploring these countries on a food and wine tour, I now write for olive magazine in London and continue to travel abroad whenever possible.
